The word “Challenge” is something I hesitate to use, as this is NOT your standard templated nutrition challenge that deprives you of a ton of food just to leave you wondering what to do at the end of the 6 weeks.
Instead, this challenge offers INDIVIDUALIZATION, where you will be assigned calorie and protein targets that aligns with your current goals!
You will learn to become successful through addition, not subtraction…
This means I will be teaching you to ADD healthy habits to your life to be successful rather than take things you enjoy away - because ENJOYING THE PROCESS is what will make you consistent, which is what is going to make you successful long-term!
Furthermore, you will be doing this challenge with a TON of support from our amazing community AND accountability checkins with me to make sure you are staying on track!
