About the Program

This program offers an introduction to corporate bankruptcy and reorganization. Key topics include the automatic stay, claim priorities, treatment of executory contracts and leases, and the fundamentals of chapter 11 plans. Designed for non-bankruptcy lawyers, the program aims to equip participants to spot critical issues that may arise when a client or its counterparty faces financial distress.
