About the Program

This panel will discuss clauses in entertainment contracts, indeed all contracts, that practitioners should know and consider. Some of the topics to be covered include applicable law, venue and forum selection, mandatory mediation, arbitration, fee shifting and attorneys' fees, audits, liable parties, jury waivers, and punitive damage waivers.
