About the Program

Although special education law is a practice sector that can be encountered by many practitioners in other practice areas, it is an area of law few are familiar with. This program will provide an understanding of fundamentals of this practice area and shed light on how it may impact your client.

This program is presented by the Family Law section, chaired by Ashley K. Quan and Ava Jahanvash. Find out more at www.bhba.org.
