Divine Mercy  Sunday is day where we can focus on God's love, knowing that it is unlimited and available to everyone!  One way to remember the message of divine mercy is to think of the ABCs.

Hot Lunch Update: Salad Bar
Beginning tomorrow, a salad bar will be available daily as another healthy lunch option. The cost will be the same as the current lunch pricing (PreS - 3rd $3.95 / 4th - 8th $4.95) and early ordering discounts will apply.  We will also offer a Side Salad at a cost of $1.00; this will allow students to create their own side salad that will accompany their Hot Lunch Meal.  

Annual Members, please reach out to Tracy Whalen for instructions on choosing the Salad Bar option or if you want to order a side salad to go with the Hot Lunch meal for your child.

Dress Code Changes for the 2018-19 School Year
O'Hara's dress code is being updated for the 18-19 school year. If you missed the email on Thursday, click here for the details.

Baked Ziti Fundraiser
The teens heading to the Steubenville San Diego conference this summer are holding a Dinner Fundraiser. For $20.00 you will receive a 9 x 11 tray of Baked Ziti and a loaf of french bread. Each meal feeds 4 to 6 and freezes well for a future meal. The meals will be ready for pick up at O'Hara on  Tuesday, April 24 If you are interested in ordering a meal or two, please send an email to Leslie Jones

Parent/Teacher Conferences on April 13
April 13 is a half day with the afternoon reserved for parent/teacher conferences. These conferences are scheduled as needed with each individual teacher. You will be contacted by teachers should they want to request a conference with you.

Work on the 17-18 yearbook is underway and we need your pictures! Please send pictures to  pictures@oharaschool.org. Note: if sending pictures from your smart device, please send them at full/actual size, and please don't send cropped images.

Save the Date! The 5th annual Ladies Tea & Luncheon will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday, May 10.
We are so excited to have Lindy Prickel & Landry Cummings as co-chairs on behalf of the Open Door Foundation!
The event will include a small silent auction, pop-up shops and catered lunch. All funds raised will go directly to the Open Door Foundation Scholarship Endowment Fund. We are looking forward to a fun afternoon for a great cause and hope you will join us!
Interested in setting up a pop-up shop? The entry fee is a silent auction donation valued around $125 or 10% of sales from the day.

Marist Introduces Equal Access Tuition
Guided by a mission and commitment to be a welcoming community, Marist strives to offer financially accessible tuition rates. Mr. Spartan Fundraiser
All Marist, O'Hara & St. Paul students are invited to attend an April 9 fundraiser at Skate World to raise money for Children's Miracle Network. Cost is $10 per person. Click HERE for details.

Field Day Volunteers Needed
Mrs. Meyer is looking for parents to volunteer at Field Day. Twenty-five volunteers are needed to make this fun day happen. Field Day falls on the last day of school,  June 19th; this is a half day of school. The volunteer time commitment is from  9:00am - 11:30am

Kitchen Volunteers Still Needed
Volunteers with flexibility on days are still needed in the kitchen. We are also looking for a sub (someone we can call on if we have a volunteer who cannot make it due to being sick, etc.).  Please let  Tracy Whalen  know if you are able to help.

Living Saints Projects Volunteer Sign-Up
This year we will be celebrating our 20th year of Living Saints Projects! Thanks to the support of a generous group of volunteers, these projects continue to develop and improve every year! If you would like to help from home or at school, there are tasks you can do to support the project.
