FEATURED SAINT

St. Anselm, Archbishop of Canterbury
Feast Day:  April 21

St. Anselm is one of the few saints recognized as a Doctor of the Church. What does that mean?  A Doctor of the Church is recognized for significantly impacting Christian teaching in at least one area. Even though he lived so long ago ( 1033 to 1109), his teaching is still relevant today.
