Why O2 Box Lacrosse?
  • Played inside of roller hockey rinks 
  • Games are played in a 5 on 5 formats with a goalie.
  • Less space, less players, fast paced with ball never going out of bounds
  • More repetitions = improvement in your game!
  • Half of each session will focus on skill training and mechanics while the second half of training have team play
