Give the Youngest Victims of the Opioid Epidemic a 'Head Start' in Life
Dozens of children came out to the West Ohio Community Action Partnershipfor the Bike Rodeo. Kids got the opportunity to participate in bike safety courses with the Lima Police Department and the Lima Park Rangers.
