Mourning Toni Graves It is with great sadness that we share with the network the passing of Toni Graves, who retired from Community Action after 40 years of service. Winter preview warns Butler County residents to prepare for extreme temperatures Although the extended forecast calls for seasonable weather, this week’s frigid temperatures were a reminder that winter is nearing and that extreme conditions pose threats to vulnerable groups. Meals on Wheels levy passes, HAPCAP thanks voters Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) would like to extend a sincere thank you to the voters of Athens County.
