ADVOCACY
Support Measure 104
Thanks to your support and the 180,000 Oregonians who signed a petition, voters have the opportunity protect mortgage and property tax deductions this fall by voting Yes on 104.

This measure will ensure that any legislation that raises revenue requires a three-fifths supermajority vote. This includes fees or the elimination of tax exemptions, deductions or credits. It will close the loopholes and make sure politicians follow the state Constitution.

Your signature helped us place Measure 104 on the ballot -- but now the real work begins to educate voters! Here’s how you can help.

  • Request a lawn sign to put up in your yard.
  • Volunteer to call other voters or walk door-to-door
REALTOR® Running for Office
OAR is proud to support fellow REALTOR® Jack Zika in his run for State Representative. Jack is focused on fighting for reasonable housing policies to help more Oregonians seek homeownership opportunities.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Legal Hotline Q&A
You asked: If the repair addendum includes a timeframe for response that exceeds the remaining allotted time for the inspection period, is the inspection period automatically extended?

You asked: Following the receipt of an inspection report, it was discovered that an answer on the previously completed Sellers Property Disclosure Statement was now incorrect. Does the Seller need to amend the disclosure statement provided to the Buyer to reflect the new information?
