We are thrilled to announce that moving forward we will be making updates to our DeVero standard forms on a quarterly basis. These updates will be based on your feedback and that of our clinical knowledge experts. We will also continue to automatically update all standard forms to comply with the latest regulatory updates.
Before these updates are made each quarter, you can expect to receive a DeVero Standard Forms Preview. We hope these previews increase your business’ visibility into the improvements that we are making to the DeVero Standard forms.
If you are not currently using any of the DeVero Standard forms below, please review them! Contact DeVero to review our full forms offering and discuss transitioning to our standard forms.

OASIS-D Form Updates
This quarter, the quarterly forms update includes OASIS-D assessment forms. One of the many benefits of using the DeVero Standard OASIS (and non-OASIS) forms is that we can provide previews of the forms.
If you are not currently using the DeVero Standard OASIS forms, then you are using either Med-Pass, BRIGGS, or custom OASIS assessments. Please see below for specific details as to when these forms will be updated.
Med-Pass:
The Med-Pass OASIS-D forms are currently in development and are also on track to roll out the week of December 10
th

BRIGGS:
The BRIGGS OASIS-D forms are currently in development and are now on track to roll out the week of December 10
th.
Custom:
If you have customized OASIS assessment forms, then you must submit form requests to update your forms. These form requests will be subject to the normal form request ticketing and prioritization process. DeVero cannot guarantee that such form requests will be completed by January 2019. Please contact DeVero if you would like to discuss transitioning to the DeVero Standard forms in preparation for OASIS-D.
ALL:
After the OASIS-D forms are rolled out, you can expect the date entered in the Quick Start popup to automatically determine which version of the OASIS form (OASIS-C2 or OASIS-D) is created as appropriate.

- OASIS-D: CLICK HERE for a brief OASIS-C2 to OASIS-D crosswalk and links to additional resources. For more detailed information on the changes from OASIS-C2 to OASIS-D, review the CMS website.
- Severity Rating: Prior to OASIS-D, the severity rating for each diagnosis code was selected via the Update Diagnosis link on the form. Because the severity rating is specific to OASIS, the severity rating will be selected on the OASIS form directly moving forward with OASIS-D.
- 5 Star Rating: The 5 Star Rating functionality is exclusive to DeVero Standard OASIS-D forms. CLICK HERE for more information on the 5 Star Rating functionality.
