The Beauty Cartel Shines in Old Brooklyn

Alexandrea Greer relocated her business, The Beauty Cartel Salon Suites to Old Brooklyn, in August of 2024. They continue to grow, currently offering space to 17 talented professionals who offer a wide range of services—from esthetics and makeup to nails and more. Each individual is fully licensed and brings their own expertise and passion to the community.

Giving back is at the core of their mission. Over the years, The Beauty Cartel has proudly participated in Old Brooklyn’s back-to-school donation drives, holiday toy giveaways, and now, neighborhood clean-up efforts. Being hands-on and involved in the community is deeply important to Alexandrea, and she's committed to continuing our participation in both small and large-scale community events.

Stop by The Beauty Cartel at 3311 Broadview Road.

Alexandrea first connected with us at the Commerical Corridor Collab. Join us at the next meeting on June 25th at The Foundry Concert Club. Dollar Bank will be speaking on small business lending!

The Start of Something New at Harmody Park

On May 22, community members and city leaders joined Councilwoman Maurer at Harmody Park to announce $300,000 in park improvements, the formation of the Friends of Harmody Park group, and plans to revitalize Treadway Trail. The family of Richard Harmody, the park’s namesake, also shared heartfelt reflections.
