OC San’s Levels of Service (LOS) are the commitment made to our rate payers, regulators, employees, policy makers, and other stakeholders on our operational efforts. They are reflective of what we will do to provide the service our community has grown to expect and deserve. As part of our Strategic Plan update efforts, the LOS were reviewed and updated to better align with the goals and initiatives that are part of the proposed plan. They include our efforts in environmental stewardship, wastewater management, business principles, and workplace environment. Monitoring and tracking of the LOS occurs during the budget process and is incorporated into our budget document.
