Happy June! In another strong signal of our local software ecosystem, public analytics software maker Alteryx is launching a $50M venture fund. The deep analytics roots and talent in OC is producing a number of early stage startups and now local capital will help fund them. This is a great win for the ecosystem.

Another win is an impending exit from Acorns with a planned $2.2B reverse merger to go public with SPAC Pioneer Merger Corp. Acorns had a massive Q1 and is riding the momentum. These are the kinds of milestones that really lift an ecosystem for decades.
