Overnight 1 Check-In/Check-Out Information

Hello Overnight 1 Families! 

We are a little over one week away from Check-In Day! Check-In and Check-Out times will be assigned to families to help ease the flow on Check-In and Check-Out Days.

For Overnight 1, Check-In times range from 1 pm to 3:30 pm with timeslots every 30 minutes on Sunday, June 22nd. On the other end of the session, Check-Out for Overnight 1 has two timeslots: 3 & 4pm on Friday, July 4th.

Families will find out their assigned times the week leading up to Check-In and Check-Out. Your Check-In email *should* be sent on the Tuesday or Wednesday before Check-In, and your Check-Out email *should* be sent out the Wednesday before Check-Out.

Please note, if you do not have a conflict within the check-in or check-out windows, please do not fill out the form.

For Check-In requests, please ensure that requests are submitted by Monday, June 16th, at Noon. For Check-Out requests, please ensure that they are submitted by Monday, June 30th, at midnight.

Please note, we will do our best to accommodate time requests, but with so many campers, it can be difficult for everyone to get the time of their choice. We hope to, at least, give everyone a time in the window that they request. Providing reasoning for your request will aid in our efforts.

REMINDER: This form is not for Cabinmate Requests. Those can be made on UltraCamp in the Document Center in the "On Camp Information Form." (LINKED HERE) Please also note that having different check-in times does not mean that your cabinmate request will not be honored.
