Review by Justin Wong, OCAABA Director
Sushi Wasabi is THE hidden gem of Orange County. Tucked behind a small strip mall, its spartan exterior disguises the truly extraordinary level of sushi being crafted here at level to rival Jiro from Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Originally ran by the older Katsu, it was sold to the younger Katsu and his wife to continue the tradition of sushi perfection, hand making essentially all of his ingredients. If you are ever looking for the perfect authentic sushi, Sushi Wasabi is a must try.
OCAABA is proud to support LOVE (Love Our Vulnerable and Elderly), a coalition of over fifteen non-profit organizations in Orange County serving the API vulnerable and elderly community.
