MORE SETBACKS FOR BIDEN’S VAX-OR-TEST MANDATE:
  • Responding to several lawsuits by businesses, employees, and five states challenging the vaccine mandate, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has extended its stay on the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private employers.
