Greetings,

Last week, I shared with you our new advertisement for our Meeting Safely Today for a Stronger Tomorrow campaign. We continue to focus our efforts on providing a safe and healthy venue for our customers and attendees, and are dedicated to working with our countless destination partners to secure the future of Orlando – the No. 1 city for meetings and conventions (Cvent 2020).

Together with our regional partners, Orlando has implemented all of the necessary precautions and protocols to welcome back attendees and visitors, further offering a blueprint to navigating conventions, trade shows and live events. I encourage you to watch this interview featured on IAEE TV’s The Exhibitions Channel that highlights how the OCCC is leading the way for the industry, with the necessary tools, strategies and methods to Meet Safely Today for a Stronger Tomorrow at the Center.

We are confident that with the OCCC’s Recovery and Resiliency Guidelines in place, we can safely and successfully host your convention and trade show. As always, thank you for your continued partnership and trust in the OCCC.
