The Orlando International Airport (MCO) continues to remain committed to the safety and well-being of all travelers and employees, and maintains an enhanced cleaning schedule at its facilities, as well as updated security procedures from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). MCO’s TSA agents screened approximately 36,292 people at security checkpoints on Sunday, Oct. 18 making it the busiest day at the airport since March 17.
Additionally, between October 10 and October 17, approximately 229,892 people were screened at MCO security checkpoints, making it the airport’s busiest week since the beginning of the pandemic. MCO has also resumed services to various cities and destinations across the world. At the end of the month, MCO will resume services to Lima, Peru and New York/La Guardia, NY.
