Promotions

Brian Watermolen

Life Safety/Electronic Systems Coordinator

Facility Operations

 

Brian served in the Navy for five years as an Electrician. After departing from the Navy, he joined the OCCC in February of 2002 where he spent nine months as an Event Utilities Tech II On-Call, eight years as a Full-Time Tech III & twelve years as a Tech IV. Brian has an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering. After spending 21 years in Event Utilities, Brian is excited to bring his knowledge of the building to Facility Maintenance and learn about all of the Life Safety Systems here at the OCCC. Brian will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repair of critical fire alarm, sprinkler and emergency generator systems in both buildings. In his free time, Brian enjoys fishing, scuba diving and spending time with his fiancé and kids. 

Luis Serrano

Maintenance Scheduler/Planner

Facility Operations/Maximo

 

Luis Serrano started his OCCC career in 2019 as a Prime-Time Technician in Facility Operations. During this time, he trained and learned all the HVAC systems in the N-S Building. Prior to joining the OCCC, Luis worked over 25 years in the telecommunications industry working with major wireless carriers. He also has an associate degree in Telecommunications from LaGuardia Community College. Luis will be responsible for gathering assets throughout the campus and creating the PM schedules in our Maximo system. In his free time, Luis loves to ride his motorcycle and take cruises with his family.

New Hires

Andrea Alizo Zebario

Assistant Event Manager

Event Management

 

Andrea joins us from Walt Disney World, where she was most recently a Guest Experience Manager at one of their resorts. She also has experience as an event coordinator with the Buenos Aires International Students, an NGO. Andrea will serve as an Assistant Event Manager and be a liaison between our clients and the internal OCCC sections to plan and execute successful events. 

Rie Ulrich

Administrative Assistant

Fiscal & Operational Support

 

Rie joins the Fiscal and Operational Support Division from a Japanese private company that partnered with Disney Epcot for over 11 years. She was responsible for all administrative tasks for each division to ensure operations run smoothly. Some of her previous responsibilities included creating work schedules for employees, purchasing on-stage costumes and organizing them for all employees. As the Fiscal and Operational Support Division’s Administrative Assistant, Rie will support the Division in day-to day duties including managing meetings and calendars, records management, mail distribution and office supplies. A fun fact about Rie is that she loves going to the gym for stress relief and loves cooking! 

Checklist

Managers and Supervisors are encouraged to complete the New Employee Form during the onboarding of new employees. The Marketing and Communications Team will assist with the scheduling of employee headshots.
