Greetings,

I want to thank you for your continued support of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). We look forward to hosting your event at The Center of Hospitality in the future.

At a press conference Monday evening, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings announced that he strongly recommends that all residents – vaccinated and unvaccinated – consider wearing a mask indoors while in a crowded environment.

For the foreseeable future, the OCCC will continue to adhere to CDC health and safety guidelines and our Recovery and Resiliency Guidelines. Across campus, you will continue to see visible signage with recommendations for health and safety, including increased hand washing and hand sanitizing stations. Guests will also hear friendly announcements reminding visitors to follow health and safety recommendations throughout the West and North-South Buildings. Additionally, we have incorporated the most stringent protocols of the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation program into our cleaning and sanitation plans.

Our team continues to work with our conventions, trade shows and events on safety and security guidelines, that they determine and we follow, for a safe and secure environment. The OCCC is committed to working with all of our events based on their unique needs to give their attendees and exhibitors a sense of comfort.

We appreciate your partnership as we continue on this road to recovery together. We look forward to seeing you soon.
