Today is Last Day to Submit Comments for Pennsylvania's Draft CCDF State Plan for FY 22-24
Today is the final day to submit related to Pennsylvania's Draft CCDF State Plan for FY 22-24. To ensure adequate time for interested stakeholders to provide written comments, the deadline to submit written comments was extended through 11:59 pm today, Monday, May 24, 2021.

Thank you to everyone who participated during the public hearing, and particularly to those who provided testimony and have provided comments thus far.

Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Professional Development Cohort Application for Behavioral Health Clinicians
Are you a Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Professional that works with children 0-5 and their families? Do you want to learn more about how to incorporate Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) into your daily practice and services delivery? Consider applying to be a part of an IECMH Professional Development Cohort supported by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning. Application deadline is June 18, 2021.
Relationships Are the Heart of Early Childhood Education Critical Competencies Intentional Teaching Series
As children return to early childhood education programs, educators will be re-building relationships through responsive caregiving and using knowledge of young children’s emotional capacities to guide development and learning, as well as behavior. The series, Relationships Are the Heart of Early Childhood Education, is delivered virtually over four weeks, supporting infant-toddler educators and supervisors in multiple early childhood education programs. The Critical Competencies define the responsive teacher-child interactions that support babies and toddlers, as well as their parents and caregivers in healing the trauma experienced in COVID. Application deadline is August 6, 2021.
