Dear OCEAN & School of Education Communities,
This school year, we invite you to attend OCEAN’s Community-Based Research Proseminar for School of Education graduate students, faculty, and interested community partners.
The Community-Based Research Proseminar will be led by OCEAN faculty, graduate students, and community partners throughout the 2020-21 academic year. The 2020 fall quarter sessions will occur bi-weekly on the following dates from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.: October 1, October 15, October 29, November 12, & December 10.
In each workshop our community will learn about different dimensions of community-based research, including equity in community partnerships, methodological approaches, and different approaches to community-oriented research.
