CEEC is recruiting new members
The Community Evaluation Education Committee (CEEC) is looking for new members. CEEC evaluates and analyzes service data collected by community mental health service providers. The group also reviews assessment tools OCHN uses to evaluate services. The group meets every other month from 2 - 4 p.m.

Advocates share important video message
Betty R. and Shanel L. were among 20 people to help deliver an important advocacy message about protecting public, behavioral health services. Advocates from Oakland and Wayne County attended the recording session held at Our House Clubhouse in Southfield. This advocacy effort was coordinated by Community Mental Health Association in response to Senate Bills 597 and 598. To learn more and get involved, visit cmha.org/advocacy.
RISE Center offers virtual help to people in recovery
The RISE Center’s (Recovery, Information, Support, and Education) transition to a virtual setting has allowed for this valuable resource to continue support for Oakland County residents in recovery from a substance use disorder (SUD). Read more
