OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (January 31, 2024) – Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) has a long-standing history of providing quality, behavioral health services to adults and children living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. In order to meet and be responsive to their needs, input from persons served, family members, community partners, legislative leaders, network employees, and contracted service providers is essential.
Your support in this important service planning process by completing the brief survey is greatly appreciated. The responses received will be used to develop OCHN’s annual plan, as well as uphold the organizations mission to “inspire hope, empower people, and strengthen communities”.
The organization’s service delivery feedback survey is available for Oakland County residents to offer input through Friday, March 29, 2024. Information gathered from the survey is being used to identify critical service delivery priorities that are person focused.
