OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (April 11, 2023) – Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) has selected Megan Phillips as its new Director of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services. This role manages all publicly funded SUD treatment, prevention, and recovery services in Oakland County.
Phillips has been with OCHN since 2016 and started in OCHN’s Access Department as an Access Screener. Prior to joining OCHN, Phillips was the Interim Clinical Manager at Community Programs Incorporated. Phillips has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Counseling Psychology, a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Phillips has over 10 years of clinical experience within the behavioral health system. She also holds numerous certifications that exemplify her expertise in the field, including a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) certification, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) certification, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification.
