FEEDBACK REQUESTED: ANNUAL SURVEY | |
OCSA Administration would like to request the feedback of all OCSA students and parents/guardians through an annual anonymous survey. Your feedback will help Administration as they work to develop the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), as well as determine any needed improvements to OCSA’s instructional practices and school culture. Your participation through the survey is critical to this decision-making process, and we appreciate your insights.
Please follow a link below to access the survey that best represents your role at OCSA:
The deadline to respond to the survey is Friday, April 25. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Attention parents/guardians of students in grades 7-11: OCSA’s Annual Parent Meeting will take place on Saturday, May 10! There will be a variety of different start times throughout the day, based on your student’s conservatory. Please RSVP here for your conservatory’s meeting time. During this meeting, school leadership will share a thorough overview of the current state of the school, the vision for the 2025-2026 school year, and the importance of financially supporting your student’s conservatory and academic experience. You will then hear from your student’s conservatory director about their exciting goals and inspired vision for next school year.
Please remember that at least one parent/guardian from each family is required to attend this meeting once per school year as a part of the annual enrollment process. There will also be make-up meetings on Tuesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 29. For information on the make-up meetings, please click here.
| | DROP-OFF/PICK-UP REMINDERS | |
Staff members have noticed a recent increase in unsafe practices during drop-off and pick-up. Please help OCSA students develop safe and responsible habits by adhering to the following drop-off and pick-up expectations:
-
Please adhere to the designated drop-off and pick-up zones.
- Please refrain from dropping off or picking up your student by parking/waiting in nearby business parking lots or in OCSA student parking lots.
-
OCSA staff/student parking lots are not to be used to wait for your student at pick-up. These lots are for staff/student parking, with an OCSA parking pass, or visitor parking only.
- Please do not block parking spots or driveways in any of the surrounding streets or parking lots.
- Always follow the instructions of staff members directing traffic.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep our community safe and drop-off/pick-up running smoothly.
