SECOND SIX-WEEK SPRING PROGRESS REPORT
The second progress report of the spring semester will be available for review beginning at noon today, Friday, April 16, in the Aeries portal. To view the progress report, please log in to Aeries, click on the "Grades" tab, and select "Grades" from the pull-down menu.

Points to remember about progress reports:
  • Progress reports provide a snapshot of a student’s achievement at a specific point in the semester.
  • Plus and minus marks are used on progress reports to encourage students to continue a strong effort; they are not included with semester grades.
  • Progress report grades are not included on high school transcripts; your child’s prospective college will not see these marks unless you provide them a copy of the progress report.
  • As a policy, grade changes are not made for progress reports unless there has been a clerical error on the part of the teacher.

OCSA does not mail home paper copies of progress reports, so please be sure to download and print a copy for your records. If you or your child have questions or concerns regarding your child’s grades, please do not hesitate to contact the teacher directly using their school email.

The Aeries portal provides parents and students 24/7 access to report cards, unofficial transcripts, immunization records, test scores, and other important information and documentation. Please note that if you have never accessed the Aeries portal, you may need to check in with OCSA Tech Support for your verification code information. They can be reached at [email protected].
LAST CHANCE TO RSVP FOR ANNUAL PARENT MEETINGS
Attention parents/guardians of returning students: If you have not yet done so, please RSVP to attend one of the Annual Parent Meetings for your child’s conservatory. These mandatory meetings will take place via Zoom beginning next Monday, April 19 and continuing through Thursday, April 29.

Each year, all parents/guardians are required to attend this meeting as a part of the annual enrollment process. To view the available dates and times for each conservatory, and to submit your RSVP, please visit www.ocsarts.net/AnnualMeeting. Thank you in advance for your participation.
OCSA CHROMEBOOKS
In preparation for upcoming state testing, the necessary testing application will be installed on all OCSA Chromebooks beginning next Wednesday, April 21. When students launch their Chromebooks, they will be automatically directed to the SecureTestBrowser application. In order to bypass this mode, students must press Ctrl + Alt + S while the application is loading. Please click here for further instructions, and reach out to OCSA Tech Support at [email protected] if you experience any issues.
WE WOULD LIKE YOUR FEEDBACK
Each school district is required to develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) that aligns with their annual budget in collaboration with all stakeholders. OCSA’s LCAP identifies the school’s goals and aligns with the school's budget in order to guide spending as it relates to the state and local priorities.

Please click here to provide feedback on OCSA’s LCAP goals. The feedback form is open to OCSA parents/guardians, OCSA faculty/staff, and community members. The form will close on Friday, April 30. Thank you in advance for your participation.
