Attention middle school families: Today is the final day for students in grades 7 and 8 to submit photos and videos of all of their best memories from OCSA, both pre-pandemic and during distance learning, to be featured in the Middle School Memories Video. Please remind your students to submit their memories to this form by the end of the day today, Friday, April 30. Each school district is required to develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) that aligns with their annual budget in collaboration with all stakeholders. OCSA’s LCAP identifies the school’s goals and aligns with the school's budget in order to guide spending as it relates to the state and local priorities.
Please click here to provide feedback on OCSA’s LCAP goals. The feedback form is open to OCSA parents/guardians, OCSA faculty/staff, and community members. The form will close at the end of the day today, Friday, April 30. Thank you in advance for your participation.
Attention sophomore families: Today is the final day for students to register to take the remote Practice SAT and/or Practice ACT. Test Prep Gurus will be administering these exams this spring at no cost to OCSA students in grade 10. If your sophomore would like to take one or both of these practice exams, please register here by the end of the day today, Friday, April 30.
OCSA’s Parent Support Organization (PSO) is seeking parent volunteers to help serve lunch on campus Monday through Thursday for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. PSO is also in need of volunteers to serve lunch Monday through Friday in the upcoming 2021-2022 school year, in order to start training as soon as possible.
Volunteers should be able to commit to their shifts for the entire school year. Currently, volunteers will have to complete a health screening prior to arriving on campus and will need to check in with OCSA Security at the beginning of each shift. Please note that COVID-19 safety protocols may be updated as guidelines change.
Please contact PSO@ocsarts.net if you are interested in becoming a cafeteria volunteer or if you have any questions. Thank you for your support!
