As you may know, OCSA has transitioned to a new email delivery system for all marketing emails, including the Weekly Wrap newsletter. We are currently experiencing an issue that may result in certain recipients receiving this newsletter later than others. While the Weekly Wrap newsletter is supposed to deliver on Fridays, some parents, students, and staff may receive the Friday, January 29 edition later this evening or even this weekend.
We are working to address this issue as quickly as possible and do not foresee additional delays with future communications. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

The Spring 2021 Virtual Club Rush slideshow, containing fun details and instructions to join any of the 100+ incredible OCSA clubs, is now live! This presentation can also be found in the OCSA Club Google Classroom. If your student has not yet joined the classroom, here is an invite to join (class code: gxcobnc).
We know that students want more time to virtually socialize with their peers, so we encourage students to join however many clubs look interesting to them! Club meetings are held during lunch through Zoom sessions hosted and supervised by a faculty adviser. Every club's Zoom information is contained within their Google Classroom. If a club’s Google Classroom is not provided on their slide, please contact the faculty adviser. Happy clubbing!

If you are interested in applying for a conservatory transfer and have not done so already, please visit www.ocsarts.net/Apply. Prior to submitting your application, be sure to review the Conservatory Workshop/Review Guidelines.

DIPLOMA NAME VERIFICATION |

Attention senior families: All 12th grade students must complete a name verification for their diploma by this coming Monday, February 1. If your senior has not done so already, please have them go into Aeries to verify their legal name and then complete this Google Form. While in Aeries, please make sure the address is also correct.

SIGN UP FOR SENIOR WALL PAINTING |

Hey seniors! It’s time to leave your mark on OCSA by adding your handprint to the Senior Wall. We will be holding a socially distanced, drive-through painting event next week on Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6. Click here to sign up for a time slot on either date, and be sure to review the provided safety guidelines. The deadline to reserve your spot is Thursday, February 4. We hope to see you there and look forward to celebrating the Class of 2021!

DONATION PAYMENT PROCESSING |

We would like to remind you that we are currently transitioning to a new donation payment processing system and our usual online system will be down for a short time. Should you wish to make a donation during the transition, you can still mail payments to the attention of Becky Parsons at the OCSA Business Office, 1010 N. Main Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Any regularly scheduled Voluntary Contribution Agreement (VCA) installment payments will not be affected. Our new system will be up and running soon, and we will send notice to all donors of any changes to the payment process that occur as a result.
