The Telos Center

Are you a young adult looking for an Orthodox Christian community here in Boston that spans multiple parishes and ethnicities? Do you have a burning desire to understand your vocation, and how it interacts with Christ’s call to love our neighbor? Do you like free coffee? The Telos Center seeks to connect young adults with Christ and community as we navigate the relationship between faith and life in our world today, and it is the ideal place for anyone who would answer yes to any of those questions above.

The Hellenic Initiative

THI is a non-profit organization devoted to crisis relief, entrepreneurship, and economic development in Greece. For over 10 years, THI has united Greeks in the diaspora to make a difference under the mantra "#OliMazi" to raise over $6M for crisis relief and over $11M for economic and entrepreneurial development--and going strong. Our event on October 22nd is at a private social club in Boston for "New Leaders," young professionals under 45 years old.   Space is limited and we do expect to sell out. It will be a fun cocktail event!

Home for Little Wanderers

Thanksgiving Turkey Drive - Tuesday, November 22

Each year, The Home is grateful to have donors like the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston and St. Athanasius the Great Greek Orthodox Church who donate their time and efforts in collecting food and turkeys for a Thanksgiving meal. The families and children The Home serves often are faced with many hardships, such as food insecurity. Your time volunteering with us will be to ensure that the families are able to enjoy a nutritious meal for the Thanksgiving holiday. Volunteers will be tasked with making food kits including a turkey and veggies, directing The Home’s staff members who will be picking up kits to deliver to families upon arrival, and helping to pack cars with the kits.
