Welcome Danielle Maggio!
Our
Vice President of Property Management
Heritage has always had a multi-layered organizational structure ensuring checks and balances. The leader of our management team overseas all our properties and our division managers. As you can imagine, this role is vital to our success.
|
Danielle brings to our company 20 years of property management, real estate and legal experience. She has overseen HOAs, POAs and numerous condominium and lifestyle communities. She began with Heritage as a Portfolio Manager in August of 2007, and through a series of promotions was ultimately responsible for dozens of employees and thousands of units.
Danielle has also spent a number of years at some of the country's largest property
management companies, both as a Regional Director and Senior Property Manager. Her skill set is strong in operational procedures, customer service, and collections. Positive results and increased customer satisfaction are frequently a direct result of her initiatives. As such, she is a proven leader in establishing best practices and improved processes.
Her combination of knowledge has given her a unique perspective and a well defined plan for our growth. Our clients will soon be experiencing an expanded support staff and enhanced performance standards.
More details surrounding anticipated changes and new roles will occur in our November Board Update.

Winter Alert!
There's nothing scarier than frozen pipes!
Prepare for winter,
compliments of Rooter Plus.
Freezing can occur in any water pipe exposed to temperatures of 32 degrees Fahrenheit or below. As freezing water expands, it generates enough pressure to burst pipes and fixtures. When frozen pipes thaw, flooding can occur and cause extensive damage. Pipes in garages, attics, crawl spaces and unheated rooms are particularly susceptible to freezing. Pipes in exterior walls may also freeze with temperatures below freezing during severely cold temperatures.
