Known for its iridescent charm, opal is the primary birthstone for October alongside Tourmaline. Most of the world's opal comes from Australia, where it's mined in a multitude of pigments and styles — ranging from milky blues and pinks to a fiery black and orange variant. The name "opal" is, appropriately, a derivative of the Greek word that means "to see a change of color." Opal has long been a symbol of fidelity and assurance and is believed to have therapeutic powers that bring its wearer immunity and clarity of mind.
Please take a second and vote for our boxers, Bella & Lani, in the
Garden & Gun Good Dog Photo Contest 2018.
Thank you!!
Soul Mates
 Part 1
Alex and Shawna are just beginning their love story together and, like most men, Alex was questioning whether he could afford the ring his soulmate deserves. As with everyone who steps foot into our shop, we were excited to hear their story and find out how we could help bring their dreams to life! We're elated to announce that, earlier this week, Alex asked her father's blessing, and Shawna selected the center-stone for her perfect, one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring—a stunning Burmese red spinel.
This is one love story you haven't heard the last of!

Lani is still growing and studying her wise big sister, Bella. Don't forget to stop by and get your weekly dose of smooches from the two of these pups!
This month, Bella and Lani are embracing both of the October chosen birthstones with Bella's 8.09ct boulder opal pendant with 1.03ct mint-green tourmaline accent pendant and Lani's deep green, emerald-cut tourmaline, a pair almost as perfect as these sisters themselves!
