Dear OFC Families,
Thanks for your patience as we shifted our E-news & Events newsletter to a monthly format. We hope this will make it a little easier to plan ahead for the wide range of groups, workshops and events we have coming up.
Since March, rather than cancel events, we've redesigned everything we could to be conveyed in a virtual format. And while some things can't adapt, one thing does remain constant: the value of connection.
Have you been able to catch our toddler programming yet? Karlon Zee and Drew Lakhardt have been entertaining crowds on social media through virtual circle time, stories and songs. Check out a clip to see how fun it is and join them live every Sunday at 10am, with the program portion rebroadcast the following Thursday.
In addition, we have virtual Baby & Me programming every other Saturday catering to infants 0 -18 months. Parent facilitator Maggie Francisco leads families in interactive play just for babies!
As always, please reach out to us if you have any questions. And don't forget to register for our incredible November programs below.
In community,
Cheryl

The case of Fulton v. City of Philadelphia will be heard by the Supreme Court the day after the election, on November 4, 2020. At stake: whether private groups receiving public funds may legally discriminate against LGBTQ+, Jewish, Muslim, Mormon, or any other people by simply claiming their religious beliefs dictate that discrimination. For a breakdown of the case and the day's arguments, join us at the Fulton Virtual Town Hall held by the National Equality Action Team and #OurDayInCourt later that day: Wed, Nov 4, 5pm Pacific. [RSVP here]

Save the date! Our Family Coalition will be inviting you, the community we're here to serve, to connect with us and each other, to let us know how you're doing and what you need, and what dreams you have for yourselves and OFC in 2021! Check our website and your inbox for more details as the date draws nearer. Our Family Coalition Virtual Town Hall • Friday, December 4, 12-1:30pm.
