Columbus, Ohio

Dear Partners,

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is upgrading its inspections software to align with the NSPIRE Inspection Standards to enhance our ability to monitor compliance and streamline inspections across all monitored properties.

To implement this upgrade, a temporary system blackout will occur.

Blackout Period

Wednesday, December 24, 2025

through

Sunday, January 4, 2026

During the blackout:

  • The current inspections system will be unavailable.

  • No inspection data can be entered, scheduled, or reviewed.

  • Communication and document sharing via the PC Inspect web portal will be disabled.

  • Users attempting to access the PC Inspect website may encounter an error message, such as: "Page domain does not exist" — this is expected during the transition to the upgraded system.

  • Projects currently undergoing an audit or monitoring review that are impacted by this blackout will not be penalized. OHFA’s Office of Program Compliance will take the system downtime into full consideration when evaluating deadlines and responses.

System access will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026

We encourage all partners to plan accordingly. Additional training and support materials will be provided prior to the system launch to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.

Thank you!
