OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines until 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Comments may be submitted in writing to BGF@ohiohome.org.

2027 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Draft Guidelines

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking feedback on the draft

2027 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) guidelines. OHFA will receive comments until 5 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2026.The guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website here.
