We are now at 45% overall participation in the Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey! Thank you to those who have already completed the survey.

The OHI survey will help us understand our cultural strengths and development areas to help us work more effectively together.

If you have not yet had a chance to do so, please complete the survey by Nov. 9.  

Here are a few things to keep in mind as you complete the survey:

• The survey takes about 30 minutes to complete and closes on Nov. 9.
• All responses will be completely confidential.
• To exit the survey and finish later, use the “Click here to finish later” button on the righthand side. Your answers will not be saved unless you use this button and follow the instructions provided.
