Celebrating Lawrence
Lawrence has graduated from Uganda Martyrs University this May with a degree in accounting and a bright future with Grant Thornton in Kampala. He’ll complete his CPA certification this year. We’re so proud of all that he’s accomplished.
We’ve been following Arnold’s electrical engineering progress at Kyambogo University and are excited to announce that he’s practicing his new skills in an internship with Britania Allied Industries in Ntinda Kampala as an industrial technician.
Kim and Ellie Arndt return to Uganda this June to visit our scholars, graduates, program director and coordinator. They plan to meet with several partnership organizations while in Uganda and are excited to help celebrate the grand opening of the Bethany Land Institute (BLI) with a visit to the new campus.
It’s been a long wait to deliver letters, photos and small gifts to our students. If you’re interested in sending a small envelope – we’d be thrilled to deliver it. Drop off a legal size envelope or smaller by June 15 in the bin located at 1834 W. Cornelia. St. Andrew School drop-offs will be accepted until the last day of school. Email contact@oneheartuganda.org
