Learn about the benefits of fermenting foods for gut health and the science behind lactic acid fermentation. This workshop will include a hands-on portion where participants prepare

Sourdough Biscuits

Sharing Family History Through Food

Family memories are often tied to food. Sharing food activities with children provides opportunities to discuss memories about your life, family history, and culture.

Barn Quilt Workshop

Learn the history of the Barn Quilt! You will be painting a barn quilt pattern of your choice on a 2'x2' board to display at your home or garden.
