We hope to see you this Thursday for a fun evening in support of The Way Home's collaboration with entities serving the unhoused population!

Tickets are $75 and available to the public. More information about the initiative, the event, and general donation can be found on okcmar.org/thewayhome.

The City of Oklahoma City is preparing for a General Obligation bond election in Fall 2025 - and they want to hear from YOU! This is your chance to influence how critical funds are invested in our community directly.

Why This Matters to OKCMAR Members

GO bonds fund vital public projects that enhance our city's infrastructure and quality of life.

  • Streets and Bridges: Improved roads and bridges mean smoother commutes, safer travel, and increased property values.

  • Parks and Recreation: Investing in our parks creates vibrant green spaces for families to enjoy, promoting community health and well-being.

  • Public Safety: Funding for police and fire facilities ensures the safety and security of our neighborhoods.

  • Sidewalks and Walkability: Improved sidewalks make our city more pedestrian-friendly, encouraging healthy lifestyles and accessible communities.

Due to their direct impact on housing and the overall quality of life in the city, OKCMAR has a strong history of supporting GO bonds and MAPS initiatives.
