The Curators
Amy Worth worked as a textile artist for over 25 years. Her designs, in fabric and wallpaper, are part of the product lines of Ralph Lauren, Paloma Picasso, Calvin Klein and many others. Worth taught Fashion Design & Illustration, a program she created, at Huntington High School for 12 years.  She owns and operates The South Street Gallery in Greenport with her husband Tom Payne. She works currently in oils, collage and fiber.
Hector deCordova is an artist and teacher. He has had numerous solo and group exhibits in galleries and museums in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Costa Rica. He is in the permanent collection of the Salmagundi Club in Manhattan and also in the National Museum of Costa Rica. He is a teacher, a curator and on juried panels for art organizations here on the East End of Long Island where he lives. He participates in the BOCES program as well as teaching for LIATA which is the Long Island Art Teacher's Association. He is the past president of the Artist Alliance of East Hampton and is currently on the Advisory Board for the East End Arts Council. He is a life member of the Art Students League.
OLA wishes to thank the curators for volunteering their time and expertise as well as the Southampton Cultural Center for being such generous partners.
OLA (Organización Latino Americana) was founded in 2002 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to promoting the social, economic, cultural, and educational development of Long Island’s East End Latino communities. OLA’s areas of focus are advocacy, education, and the arts. Through its own programming initiatives and ongoing local collaborations, OLA strives to empower, inform, and celebrate our many Latino cultures while building bridges within the larger East End community that help to foster understanding and harmony.
