Krista Gardner
I’ve dwelled in Cloquet my whole life except for the times I’ve been fortunate enough to live in places like New Zealand and Turkey for a season and travel to many other beautiful places. I’m an artist, singer and songwriter and I’ve tried a bit of everything. Lately, I put most of my creative energy towards photography and I especially love to capture the night sky.

In the most spontaneous way, I joined the OACC team to help out with “West End Flourish”. I can’t help this incessant need to see worn out, forgotten spaces and things refreshed, repurposed and recognized for their true worth. Because I’ve grown up loving the West End and seeing its beauty in every corner, I’m so grateful and ready to give it my love and energy and to spend time with others who see the same potential in it.
Suzanne VanHoever
My name is Suzanne VanHoever. I grew up on the outskirts of the small town of Wrenshall Minnesota with my family and one very sassy cat. I've always loved reading and writing, so after receiving my AA degree at Fond Du Lac College, I decided to pursue writing at the University of Wisconsin Superior. Along the way I met Emily and Glen Swanson who happened to need an editor for the OACC organization. I’ve been helping them out for almost a year and have gained valuable experience and friends.
