OLG WINS the Championship!

Principal's Letter

Good evening OLG,

Thank you for joining us on Tuesday night for State of the School. It was nice to see so many of you. If you were unable to attend the evening, there is a hardcopy of it available to view in the front office, and you can see a few of the slides within this newsletter too. Thank you to our School Commission and  Auction Co-Chairs for speaking, for Helen O. from the parish for leading us in prayer, and to the school staff and parish staff too who were in attendance. Also a huge thank you to Janet, Shelley, Laura and Carla who did so much to help get the evening ready, and get registration ready to kick off! To all in attendance, regardless of your role, thank you for being present to hear about the many things that make our school so wonderful, and also the changes for the years ahead.

Children and Family Faith Formation

Each week we post Reflecting on the Word as a Family on our Children and Family Faith Formation page. This gives you background on the readings and gives you questions connecting the readings to your family life. It also includes a coloring or easy craft for younger children. We are trying a new format to give you background on the readings. Why not try it out this Lent? You might read them before Mass to give focus or after Mass to follow up. Feedback is always welcome. Contact Molly Berger.

Feb 24, 9:30-11:30 am, OLG Walmesley Center with Fr. James Eblen

Eucharist is a Sacrament of unity with Jesus and each other. When we gather for Mass we gather with a variety of people, some of whom we know.
