Dear Families,

Happy weird weather week to you! Between snow days and late start today, to a scheduled no school day tomorrow for Archdiocesan- wide Professional Development, the week has been unique to say the least. Thank you for rolling with it and making it a joyful week for your kids. With snow days being abnormal, I am a firm believer in enjoying them if you can.

Next Tuesday, the 11th is State of the School. Attendance is Mandatory for all families and is from 6:30- 7:30 in the school hall. This is an opportunity for the adults to hear about the successes and areas of growth for our community, as well as tuition rates for the following year, the auction and things to look forward to. We will focus this year too on how we are growing together in our mission, as we prepare to enter into strategic planning next year (with Vision 2025 expiring, we must look towards 2030)! Though we love your children, this hour-long meeting is for adults only. If childcare will prohibit a representative from your family attending, please contact me directly.

Please keep an eye out for Winter Conference sign ups and mid-tris (K-5) coming out tomorrow via Sign Up Genius from your classroom teacher. For middle school, the gradebook will be fully updated by tomorrow as well. As a reminder, Winter Conferences (the 13th and 14th) are optional and only mandatory if a teacher requests it. You, as a family can request one if necessary too.

Wishing you all a wonderful long weekend.

With Gratitude,

Ms. Lauren Hobbs
