Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

Our School Auction this weekend was a fabulous event with so many people to thank along the way. Next week at our Parent Org Meeting (Tuesday evening) there will be a greater detailed rundown, but I'd like to highlight one element -- Our raise-the-paddle / Funda-a-Need this year: Academic Excellence Initiative!
Our team of parent auction volunteers, SchoolCmsn leadership, and our staff have identified key areas of need for our school that this special initiative can help us achieve greater academic excellence:
  1. The First Phase raises $20,000 to assess our needs and begin supporting our teachers with extra summer stipends and training opportunities --> $20k's Raised!
  2. Second Phase takes action this Fall with onsite full-school training supporting our teachers with opportunities to enrich and support our academic diverse learning community. Additional curricular materials to support our students is accomplished with $15,000 --> currently $5k is raised!
  3. Third Phase expands and continues teacher training and support with a goal of additional $15,000 --> $0 so far...

A TOTAL goal of $50,000 for teachers in this initiative --> over $25k's Raised so far!
YOU CAN HELP! Missed the auction and want to take part? An additional $10,000 matching gift donation is available if we can match this month! Give now through this link (or our "Donate Now" button below and on the website)!!!
