Dear OLG Family,
Wishing you well on this weird weather day. This week we had wonderful opportunities to dive deeper into our faith, with communal reconciliation for our 2nd- 8th graders on Tuesday, and a beautiful Mass, led by our 4th graders today. At Mass, Fr. Tim reminded us to focus on two words from the opening message: God Provides. As we near the end of Lent, preparing for Christ's Death on the Cross, let us remember that God always gives us what we need, in His time, even if it is not in ours. There is only room for abundant love in our world, and God constantly provides opportunities for us to give more than we receive, and love with our whole hearts. Christ recognized that those who loathed Him most, likely needed the most love. Let us give that love to those who need it, and those who deserve it-- which is all human kind, friend or foe, neighbor or stranger. God Provides.
REMINDER: Good Friday is Full Dress Uniform, and the most somber sacred day of our faith. Additionally, it's a Noon Dismissal. NO EDC OR ELC AFTER CARE.

Prayers continue for Fr. Phuong and Fr. Tim as our parish leaders, and for our shared parish family. And for Fr. Kevin and Fr. Jack.
For our community members whose family members who are fighting cancer and other ailments.
For all families, students, children and community members be joyful and full of hope!
For all the victims of the California wildfires, and for the students, faculty, staff and alumni at Corpus Christi Catholic School in Pacific Palisades who lost their school and parish, and have had to find new places to learn and grow.
For all who have recently lost loved ones, and for those who continue to feel the loss of loved ones long-passed. May God grant peace and healing to those who remain, and eternal rest in Heaven for those who have been sent home to the Lord. May perpetual light shine upon them.
Prayers for Pope Francis and his healing.
In gratitude for our OLG community and the love that you share.
