The end of December is also the end of the tax year. This is a friendly reminder that in order for your intended donation to be counted as a tax deduction for 2024 your gift must be either received or postmarked by December 31st. If the parish receives it after January 1st, the IRS says it is a 2025 tax deductible gift.

You may also fulfill your stewardship pledge by donating online here https://pushpay.com/g/olgseattle

Thank you for your continued support of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish.

PARTNERS IN THE GOSPEL UPDATE

The primary focus of Phase One, which we are currently in, is to “encounter one another in Christ, getting to know one another with open minds and hearts”. During this Advent and Christmas season, there are many opportunities for us to encounter each other as members of the West Seattle Catholic Community including attending our Communal Reconciliation Services, Christmas concerts, Light Up the Night, Guadalupe Feast Day celebrations, and possibly meeting each other in Holy Rosary’s Christmas Tree Lot. Next weekend, you will have another opportunity as we celebrate two Simbang Gabi events, hosted by our Filipino parishioners. We hope you come!

THANK YOU TO THE 215 GUADALUPE FAMILIES WHO HAVE RENEWED THEIR COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT THE PARISH IN 2025!

Our parish Stewardship of Treasure renewal is ending and we are very grateful to the many parishioners who have returned a Pledge Commitment Card. Your generosity supports the mission of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Those that have responded have pledged $461,516 for parish ministries and operations in 2025. We are so grateful for your generous support. Fr. Phuong’s follow up letter was sent out last week to those who have not yet participated. We ask that you consider supporting OLG in the new year. It is not too late to respond and help ensure the financial needs of the parish ministries and operations are met.  You may return your pledge card in the mail, at mass in the collection basket or drop it off at the parish office. You may use the online pledge form at https://olgseattle.org/stewardship-pledge

**Note for online givers**

-If you donate online please review your account at https://pushpay.com/g/olgseattle to update information as necessary for the new year, including payment amount, frequency of giving, banking or credit card information, etc.
