BAPTISM CLASS FOR GODPARENTS & FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY RACIAL JUSTICE DISCUSSION FOR YOUTH
All 7th-12th graders are invited to an online MLK Day discussion on Racial Justice on Monday, January 18th from 3-4:30pm. Through prayer, music, video, reflection and discussion, we’ll explore the definition of racism, learn tools to become anti-racist, and find ways to advocate for peace, justice, and racial equity.

2021 DAY OFSERVICE PLANNING MEETING
Our Day of Service team is meeting on Monday, January 11th from 4-5pm to continue planning for 2021. While COVID has changed many things, it hasn’t stopped the need in our community. In fact, it’s growing every day and we’re looking for ways to creatively respond. If you want to be part of the effort, join us at our meeting to learn more. THE OLG AUCTION IS THE LARGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR – THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTOR TO THE SCHOOL'S OPERATING BUDGET. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY, OUR AUCTION WILL BE VIRTUAL. WE NEED ALL OF YOU TO HELP MAKE IT A SUCCESS!
Q: How can I help?
A: By registering for the Auction in advance. Don't wait until Auction night. Don't even wait until the first Silent Auction opens in February. Registration available first week in January. Unlike traditional auctions that are limited to the bidders who pay to play, our online platform is open to anyone and everyone interested in raising money for the school.
Q: What's our Fund-a-Need going to be this year?
A: Bathroom updates! Old fixtures that don't work, doors that don't lock, dented metal stalls, bubblegum pink/baby blue walls – sound familiar? We have the opportunity through this year's Auction Fund-a-Need to update the bathrooms our children use every day. The more we raise, the more we can do – imagine being able to surprise our kids in the fall with bright, modern bathrooms on every floor (and fully-locking stalls).
