Aging, Remaining Active & Orthopedics
What more can you do to maintain your mobility? Jeb Reid, MD, Asante Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, will provide a free, public lecture on Wednesday, October 13, 7:00 – 8:00 PM Pacific Time, that outlines the physiology of aging, the importance of remaining physically fit and athletic as we age, and what can be done when orthopedic injuries and conditions arise.

To obtain a Zoom link for this program and for details of the other two lectures in the Community Health and You series, click here. Non-OLLI members are welcome—tell a friend!

This Wednesday’s (October 6) program, “Health Issues in Older Adults,” has been cancelled due to circumstances that affect Dr. Hersch's availability.
Maybe you're mulling over an idea and wondering what others think about it. Or perhaps you have an opinion, and would like to hear from folks with another view. Conversation Connections are a great way to talk things over and get to know other OLLI members in the process. And it's so easy to set one up. Find out more at the link below.
