Faculty Spotlight
Mike Theodore

OLLI Instructor Mike Theodore is a Renaissance Man who loves history, art, photography, landscape design and travel. Mike was born in Omaha, Nebraska but a family move to Los Angeles created an Angeleno. Theodore graduated from UCLA and soon after Mike became a career high and middle schools educator for LAUSD teaching history, art and yearbook design. Mike and Linda, his wife of 58 years, have three children and reside in Lincoln.

He thoroughly loves teaching for OLLI but misses being in the travel mode. His upcoming class, The Aspirin Age focuses on the 1920’s/1930’s through six people.

Tuition is only $50 per person. Once you have paid/registered for a Term you are able to register for individual classes within that Term, at no additional cost.

Retired Ambassador Steve Browning and his wife have sold their Nevada County home and moved to the Portland area. Steve hopes to stay teaching with OLLI at Sierra College via Zoom :).
